Freely definable attributes (Maintain display field name)

Hi there,

May I know how to change the "Attribute 3"(in red circle) field name to my customized words?

The above two Order..and Qty.. are done by other colleague by she kind of forget how she changed the field name.

Also, I had try search solution from internet, although there are many answer by not one will solve my issue.
