Free bin choice in WC storage type

In Production system there`s a workcenter in storage type 8021 were we have 4 storage bins:

LABLBK1

LABLBK2

LABLBK3

LABLBK4

In other VAS workcenters, for example in st. type 8001 and 8002 it works as follow:

First hum from a delivery to a workcenter: Operator has a free bin choise on RF and confirms the bin on RF. Second, third etc. pallet are following to the bin where the first pallet was confirmed in.

For an unknown reason this is not working in the workcenter in st. type 8021.

SAP always`s forces the first pallet to bin LABLBK1 and the second pallet is forced to another bin.

Can you find the issue here and make sure that:

- The first hum from a delivery to WC in st. type 8021 always has a free choise of bin on the RF.

- The second, third, etc. hums follow the to the same bin as the first hum.

In storage type, put away rules should be 3 (Consolidation Group). Please check in 8021.
