Form of address 0003 not designated to persons CIF error for TM

Hello Experts,

I found some stuck queues in SMQ2 in TM system, this lead to the job jetting failed in ECC. Double click this queue, it shows a error 'Form of address 0003 not designated to persons' as seen above screen.

What's it mean ? And how to repais it?

Run transaction SA03 in TM side, you can see key 003 does it only marked as "Person or Organisation?

Hello Brahmankar,

I found that two business partner had been changed title from 0002 to 0003 in ECC system. And then i changed it back, but it still returned that erro message. At the end , i deleted the stuck queue in SMQ2 and then transfered the vendor master from ECC to TM via CIF again. It is ok .

Hi Brahmankar,

Yes, the key 0003 was only marked as "Organisation" in TM side, and the same true in ECC.

And i check those vendor master data both in ECC and TM, the title is empty . So i don't know why it returned this error.

Hello,

Please compare the table TSAD3 in ECC and TM system.

From standard always a BP type company will be created when no title is provided or title company is provided

In ECC go to transaction code XK02 change Vendor in Adress(General data) maintain title=Company and save this.

When you CIF this vendor to TM system will create Vendor location with BP as a Organization.

Thank's for your information,and sorry for the late response.

I found the resolution at the SAP Wiki in the links you provided, that should delete the business partner in SCM. But this business partner has had business before. Could I delete it really ? Or there are other alternatives for me.
