Forecasting on the basis of total received order quantities

I have checked the scenario of consumption based forecasting for Pak Suzuki Spare Parts planning(VV model), values taken by SAP are consumption values(issued to dealer quantities), not the actual demand received from dealer when Pak Suzuki unable to serve it immediately.

For example:

Order received from dealer: 10 pcs

Stock in hand: 5 pcs

So, the quantity used to forecast is 5 pcs as consumption value rather than 10 pcs as actual demand.

Do we have any solution for actual demand forecasting? or either actual demanded quantities taken instead of consumption values each month.

I don't have any issue with forecasting formula, only the values used by SAP for forecasting.
