Forecast for new Product with Life Cycle

Hello,

i have a new product called "Mickey". For this I have in the lifecycle tile create an entry with a referenzproduct and a function for der start and end periode.

The refernce prodcut has values in the DELIVEREDQTY and in the ACTUALQTY.

If I now start a forecast modell (this considered lifescycle) than the result of the calculation is for the forecast error (MAPE) always 0 . For that reason, I have no statistical forecast.

Can you explain me, why the result is 0 ?

Hi Oliver,

Is there no stat forecast result for the new product? Did you see any messages in the job log?

No, there is nothing. We have the reference of the "old" product but after the run of the stat algor. the kf of the forecast for the new product is empty
