Force HU-LB for Planned Replenishment

Hi Experts,

is it possible in Planned Replenishment to create HU-LBs instead of Product LBs? If yes, which setting would that be?

We only move full pallets from reserve storage type to our picking storage type which is defined by rounding rules in the Warehouse Process Type.

Could you please provide info so someone could help you to fix the issue.

What are the difficulties you face while moving from Full Pallet Reserve Location to Pick Face ? I mean how HU WT would solve instead of Product WT ?

Reserve Location: Only Full Pallet is stored or its a mixture of all kind of products with different packaging? Have used Quantity Classification to distinguish ? What is the storage type settings ?

Hi Ajit,

only pallets are stored in the reserve storage type but the quantity can differ. Only HUs will be moved to the fixed bin storage type so there is no picking involved in the process.

Basically what we want to achieve is that only HU and storage bin is displayed and verified in RF environment while right now for the product LB we see information like product, quantity etc. which is irrelevant for our replenishment process. I know the verification fields can be changed for the REPL activity but they would still be displayed.

We dont have quantity classifications or packaging specifications.

HI @joka8916 - I tried before Unfortunately no luck in planned replenishment to create HU WT...Somehow managed to do cosmetic change the screen fields (remove Product, quantity..etc - ) which is required for Fit to device /Warehouse Operators 🙂 Good Luck! Kind Regards Ajit
