Hi All

Follow up action for Partial quantity rejection is not triggering

Ex: Receipted qty is 100 and 70 is to be approved and 30 to be rejected. In S/4 HANA, in QA32 transaction, if we mention both 70 (Follow up action=EWM_AP) and 30 (Follow up action=EWM_RP) and then select ECC follow up action as EWM_AR. It is always triggered 100 as F1.

As per my requirement, it should trigger F1 with 70 and B5 with 30 in EWM.

Please advise if any solution for this.

I am facing the same issue, instead posting to partial qty its going for complete Qty.

Any solution you got please share.

What is your S/4 Version ?

Are you following below steps ? Is it single QuANT HU ?

1. If you are working with the QM component, do the following:
   1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Quality Management Quality Inspection Inspection Lot Usage Decision Record.
   2. Select your inspection lot and record the usage decisions for complete inspection lots.

      To record usage decisions for partial quantities of inspection lots, choose EWM Inspection. Then, on the Stock Items to Be Inspected screen, select the stock item, choose Action, and record the usage decision.
