find lost bin count data

During a bin count, the connectivity failed with the tablet we were using to capture items to count. When system restored, bin count was saved, but wanted to start a new count. Current status of original count shows "Not Counted", can I complete the count on this document or do I have to delete and start over? I'd like to see and export the data from what was scanned if I can do that.
