Filters are not loading the value in IBP

Hi,

I am facing a weird issue i.e. while loading the data for newly created KF by applying the filter on Commercial model and Account level the values are not visible in excel for the two newly created KF.

whereas when i am using the filter as commercial model only the values are visible.

Keyfigures planning level is commercial model and account level.

PS: I have loaded the combinations as well for the newly created KF and new KF are using latest lowest period calculations.

Please assist how can we fix this.

Are you able to visualize data you loaded without filter?

Please provide screenshot of the planning level and of data you loaded.
