Fields Service Management -Skills and Technicians approved/rejected in Crowd Workforce

Hi,

I need your help about Crowd Workforce. I read the text at the following link.

This document says that it can be made “Skills and Technicians approved/rejected in Crowd Workforce”. But I couldn’t find how can I do this process. Although I search on the Internet, I couldn’t find any information. I don’t know how can I complete this step.

But I need more information about Single Tenant. Documents are not enough for FSM. I can't approved/ rejected.

Please have a look if the user you logged in has full permission of Approval and super user role.
