Fields in data integration are empty- GET TEMPLATE are empty

Hi, i am facing a problem. When a try to "get a template" to integrate data in SOP on Hana by excel, all fields are empty when i choose a "planning area" for "keyfigures" or "planning object" for "Mater data", the same error has occured in google chrome  or internet explorer 11.

Have you activated any MDT yet? If not, please activate a MDT and then check.

Hi, Rinju,

It is an intermittent problem, when a loggout and loggin again all fields are ok! Maybe it is some bug from the application.
