Hello Experts,
I have a question regarding FSM Organizational Levels. After creating the org level and assigning the users for those org levels (Manager & Members). I trying to use permissions to restrict objects like (Activities & Service Calls) based on organizational levels. but even after set the permissions in (User Group) for "OBJECTS_IN_SAME_ORG_LEVEL" users can see all objects in the list.
The Question is. How can i restrict data based on Org levels, and how to assign those object (Activities & Service Calls) to the right org level, cause during creating new service call from FSM, i don't have field to define which org levels this call is related to.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Mahmoud
Please find here the documentation regarding Organizational Structure:
https://help.sap.com/viewer/fsm_admin/Cloud/en-US/org-structure.html
Data Objects have a Property called orgLevel where you can assign the object to a certain level. This is typically done using integration. Also Business Rules can be used to assign objects to the right Org Level.
There are some enhancements in regards to automatically assign objects to Org Levels on the 6-12 month roadmap.
best regards,
René
