Friends,
We recently upgraded mass to IBP2011 excel Add-in version, and I am getting two peculiar issues as below.
1) Some users complain they have lost all their favourites, and not majority of them.
2) Some users have upgraded successfully, when they launch any template or refresh the template everytime, they get below API Error.

Hi Guruprasad Raju,

Thanks Patrick.. While I look at your options.

Issue 2 is resolved now, there were some old SBS EPM addin registries which were still lying in the system, once removed, it worked fine..

Hi Guruprasad Raju,
creating a ticket for that is the best option as experts can check what is going on.
I'm not certain what you mean with "Package downloaded".
In case you go to support.sap.com and download the SAP IBP Excel add-in, you'll only receive the Excel add-in. On top of it, you can go to the Github that I shared previously. There you'll find some sample templates. You can choose between Excel templates that include the complete VBA coding or you can ship an additional VBA add-in to your end-users. In case you go for option 2, you should always ensure that the VBA add-in and the Excel template (which is referring to the VBA add-in) are in sync, means they can interact with each other based on the included VBA coding.
You can also find quite some information around that here: integrated-business-planning-excel-add-in-templates/HowToUseTemplateVBA_2005.pdf at main · SAP-sampl...
Thanks,
Patrick

Hi Patrick,
yes, we have a ticket created for both the cases to SAP.
Can you please guide me on
Are you certain that your VBA add-in is compatible to your planning view (version)?
I was in assumption, it comes as part of Package downloaded.
