Facing error as "Table /MERP/PM_NOTIF_ITEM_ENTITY_STR could not be activated" in S4HANA 1809

Hello experts,

I was trying to install addons for mobile integration in S4HANA 1809 system for SAP Work Manager 6.6 and got the error as below:

"Table /MERP/PM_NOTIF_ITEM_ENTITY_STR could not be activated"

(E- Field PRUEFLOS in table /MERP/PM_NOTIF_ITEM_ENTITY_STR is specified twice )

(Package: /MERP/OMDO_PM, SW-Comp: S4MERP)

I checked for the SAP notes available for the error and found S-note 2982589 for the same. While following the steps as per the S-note i got another error as below:

The S-note is suggesting to remove the field "PRUEFLOS" from the structure /MERP/PM_NOTIF_ITEM_ENTITY_STR but i am not able to edit the structure ang getting the error as "/MERP/ namespace does not exists". Unable to go to edit mode of the structure.

Could you please guide on how can this error be resolved ? Thanks!

Raised the OSS ticket with SAP and they shared the SAP note 2851218 with us. After implementing the SAP note the issue was resolved.
