Extract Master Data Values from IBP

Hi experts

We are working on an SOP project implementation in IBP 1702. For data integration, we already make use of the HCI templates to integrate master data and key figure data from SAP R/3 to IBP. That is all working fine.

However, for a specific business requirement we would now like to extract Attribute Values from IBP. The attributes that we would like to extract are part of a compound MDT 'Product - Sales Organisation', where Sales Organisation is a grouping of customers (so a customer has only 1 sales organisations, but a Sales organisation can contain multiple customers). The attributes will be maintained directly in IBP, but we also want them to be available in the compound MDT 'Product - Customer'.

So we would like to extract these attributes from IBP and convert them and upload them again in IBP. Example

• Combination Prod A - Sales Org 10 has Attribute Value 'X'
• Sales Org 10 has 3 customers: 101, 102, 103
• Combinations Prod A - Cust 101 & A - 102 & A - 103 all need to get 'X' in a similar attribute.

So in general:

1. How can we extract Attribute Values from IBP via HCI?
2. Can we build this kind of conversion in HCI?
3. If conversion is not possible, can we upload the Attribute values from HCI into a table in R/3 so that we can than extract again from there?
