Extra Signal in Demand Sensing not working

When extra signal is added to the forecast model it is not considered during demand sensing.

Can you let me know is there any other settings or options to consider extra signal qty during demand sensing.

I have the same issue while forecasting with Demand Sensing...

Would be nice if SAP can clear this out for us!

I am using the standard Demand Sensing Forecast model and adding 1 external signal to test how the Sensed Demand Qty is impacted. Nevertheles, I have the same result with or without using an external signal, which means the forecast model is not considering it.

The External signal Im using is a Product Customer Satisfaction Key Figure, using Random values from 50-100 (as a rating score)
