Hello everyone,
We have a requirement to extend the Activity object in SAP FSM to display all emails and SMS that were generated (via business rules) for a specific case to the customer and technician.
I am aware that these messages can be found in the Admin section under "Messages", but I am struggling to retrieve the message ID from the URL (e.g., cb65664d-ba5b-4746-be76-a6a5eefbe99b).
Additionally, I am not certain if it is even technically possible to create a connection between the Activity and the corresponding message.
Has anyone encountered a similar requirement or has experience with this? Is it technically possible to connect Activity / ServiceCall objects to messages? Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
