extend product master to EWM do not work, error in /sapapo/mat1

The situation of the error is that I have two combination of center-storage location one with WM and another with EWM, and the company wants to work for a time in this way:

- center 2000 with WM, warehouse number 152 (with all the product master created in the past)

- Center 1000 with EWM, warehouse number 151 where I want to extend to EWM the old materials.

When I try to create a NEW material en MM01 and extend it to EWM I do not have problems and the master material is created correctly in /sapapo/mat1 and table /scwm/matmap.

The problem is when I want to extend to EWM a material that have been created before in the center 2000 with WM. When I extend the views in transaction MM01 to center 1000 - EWM (the same views when I create a new material), the system do not create this material in /sapapo/mat1 either table /scwm/matmap.

we can see in MM03 the views correctly created in center-storage location 1000 - 1100 but not in EWM:

Transaction /sapapo/mat1

How can I extend the old WM materials to EWM?
