If you meant key figure expressions and calculations, SAP's Model Configuration Guide is your best bet. Refer to Key Figure Calculations topic in Model Configuration Guide.
It explains how to add key figure calculations, commonly used functions and expressions very elaborately. At the same time, carefully observe existing key figure setup in your planning area. You can also use any of the sample planning areas - preferably SAPIBP1 in sample planning model entities as it contains most of the commonly used key figures in S&OP, demand, supply and inventory modules.
