export to excel ewm

I have a coworker who needs to export a large amount of data to excel from a report in ewm. He can export other reports, but not this one. When he tries to export it, there are no prompts for excel, and it times out. The report is

may be the file is too big. ask them to download as local file in txt format. Later copy the data from it to Excel
