Export data from Maintenance Plan, Maintenance Item and task lists

I'm trying to find a way to export data from a number of Maintenance Plans/Maintenance Items in particular: frequency of execution and durations (hours) of the associated tasks - can anyone suggest a suitable T code to achieve this? Thanks
