execution skipped due to empty planning horizon

Due to business requirements, we have created new planning levels and modified all of input and output keyfigures to a DAY level for Time Series.

To match this configuration with the operator and because none of the SCM operators is directly modifiable at day level, we have run a job with the operator assigning an operator profile with day level.The result of this is a "finished" run but without calculations or results, its empty.

The log shows the following message:"SCM operator algorithm HEURISTIC execution skipped due to empty planning horizon".

An important point to consider is that when loading master data, IBP does not generate planning objects in a natural way, as it happens in a standard way.Therefore, we thinks it’s running without planning objects.

How can we solve this issue?

Hi,

Check the planning area planning horizon day period once again and run the operator.

If you still have issues upload forecast at day level and run operator.

The planing horizon is exactly the same as your image, and the forecast is also at day level.
