execute cycle based maintenance based on machine cycles and not time based ?

Currently using calendar as the basis for maintenance triggers on equipment would like to understand if SAP has the capability to interface with machinery to execute cycle based maintenance based on machine cycles?

Hi,

You need to capture the Machine - cycles through IOT, Leonardo platform and / or interface (PI) with SCADA

Once the communication in between SAP and MACHINE (Non SAP System) established .

The cycle data from machine will be to passed as measurement document for the equipment.

Once it reaches to desired level ( i.e. 100 cycles) your performance based preventive maintenance plan will trigger the Maintenance Order.
