Hi, I am setting up the ARIBA IBP integration and following the RDS steps. However when I try to pull the Sap_Ibp_Chart template as per the OSS note 1790530, I get the below error message. I have downloaded the templates from GitHub as per the OSS note and am following the steps in the OSS note error1.png.error2.png
Has anyone faced this issue before ? if yes how do I resolve it ?

Hi,
It appears that your XLAM file may be corrupted. I would try downloading it again from GitHub once.
You should also add your %appdata%\Microsoft\AddIns path under the Excel Trusted Locations.
Best,
Ivan

Hi,
did you activate the xlam file as an Excel add-in?
Go to File --> Options --> Add-Ins --> Manage: Excel Add-Ins --> Go --> select the SAP_IBP_chart (or however the xlam is called) and click OK.

Hi Gautam,
Please make sure that you are using appropriate version of excel add-in as expected by RDS templates.
Then ensure that respective files are available at the path mentioned in second error snapshot. Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Neeraj
