Excel IBP Addin ribbon functionality got graded out !!

I have selected the option " Epm Sheet Options" in Advanced dropdown in "Template Admin tab in Excel .

Then in left bottom corner there is an another dropdown " Worksheet " . In Worksheet dropdown I have selected the option " Excel Worksheet " and clicked set as default.

This results my IBP Ribbon got graded out and I cant do anything now.

How can I undo this. Is there any way ??

Note : I have uninstalled-installed the IBP addin . But the problem is still exist.

I am working on 1702 addin .

Any leads on this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance .

Hello Ana,

Can you try renaming the file 'EPMXLClientPreference.XML' to, for example 'EPMXLClientPreference-old.XML' in the folder C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\EPMOfficeClient, then logging back to IBP Add-In?
