Actually it should be confirmed, and not deleted. Maybe it is done with some custom development in your system. Check logs in slg1, maybe you find there some hints. It could be that WT is unassigned, and order be deleted because it has no more tasks assigned, what do you have in the confirmed WT? Is it same WO there?
