EWM with only one storage location manage blocked stock in goods receipt process

Our business scenario for goods receipt process only manages one storage location with multiple storage types in EWM.

I want to know if it's possible using availability groups in the first putaway on the storage type enter in blocked stock.

Yes they don't want to use ROD/AFS scenario only AFS storage location.

The availability group is a 1:1 assignment to the storage location, so I would say: no.
