Hi TM experts,
I have a requeriment from a client that I currently assist it from EWM side. This client wants to assign more than one ODO from different warehouse number to the same freight order. According to SAP note 3018355, it is not possible to do that.
If you have faced this kind of requirement how must be done from a functional point of view? The company needs to optimize loading truck in order to save cost.
Thank you and best regards
Hi
The integration of Transportation Management (TM) with Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) based on EWM transportation units (TUs) enables you to plan for multiple warehouses on one road freight order. This is also known as a multi-pickup and multi-drop scenario. It is relevant for inbound and outbound scenarios.

Not tested in practice, but seems that S/4HANA 2021 FPS1 supports combining loadings from different EWM warehouses in single freight order (check multi-pick scenario), however loadings must be sequential (must refer to different yard locations).
