EWM Storage bin sorting

Dear All,

For some Activity Areas/Activities (ie picking) in the warehouse I have uploaded from a spreadsheet the sorting of the storage bins. This is because the the client require an articulated picking path and we can't simply sort by bin name.

I am facing this problem: the client occasionally creates new storage bins. In order to sort a storage bin that has just been added I can't find any other solution other than cancelling the current sorting for all the Activity/Activity Area, add the new bin to the spreadsheet and re-upload the whole file.

This is extremely time consuming. I am aware that the sorting is not mandatory but we need it to determine RF queue, WOCR and place the storage bin in the correct sequence.

Is there a way to sort only one single bin (or a limited set of bins) ?

if i remember right, you can upload only one bin sorting as well

Hello Daniil,

Thanks for your answer. I would like the warehouse supervisor to be autonomous in storage bin creation, without the need to upload excel files (which should be a data migration activity and not a day by day task)
