Dear All,

Greetings

I have below requirement, kindly suggest if we have any standard way to achieve it.

Issue: PPF for Goods receipt is triggering for each line item/HU confirmation

Requirement: PPF for Goods receipt should trigger when last line/HU is confirmed. only one PPF action should trigger for inbound delivery.

Example:

Inbound delivery(18xxx272) having item (EWMS4*) with 3 PCS for putaway. 1PCS each is packed into one HU. Which means the inbound delivery having one line item packed into 3 HU's.

This activity is done in S4 and delivery is distributed to EWM.

Then created WT, 3 WT's created(1for each HU).

When we confirm the 1st HU, PPF is triggered for GR. At header in PRDI, we see that GR status as "Partially Completed".

Below are the screenshots of the delivery.

Kindly letus know, if there is a way to stop triggerring PPF about Goods receipt for each line confirmation. We want the system trigger on PPF action about Goods receipt at last line of the inbound delivery is confirmed.

PRDI, HU's

PPF triggerred after 1st HU is confirmed again when the final HU is confirmed again PPF triggerred.

Warehouse Monitor.

Thanks,

Hari.

Thanks Ajit, I was looking at status profile for the control. This will help me. Thanks again.

Hi Hari,

its always better to stick to SAP standard, by default Goods Receipt posting is immediate, if we change the mode, Business needs to be aware of the consequences as the stock update is not immediate.
