EWM - Stock stuck on resouce - How can I move it?

Hi there,

We have some stock stuck on the resource.

Below WT is created for replenishment. Picking is done, but the putaway WT got canceled for some reason.

Therefore the stock is shown on a resource without bin or HU.

I've tried to move it with /SCWM/ADPROD but the system gives me an error "Requested quantity for item is not available". Still the same even I enable negative stock on WPT settings.

Is there any way to move it back to storage bin?

Hi,

I've had something similar in the past, and sometimes it was just that the resource was still inside /SCWM/RFUI somehow (maybe a power cut and SAP did not logg off properly). The stock got asigned to the resource without any open WTs and we could not move it with /SCWM/ADHU (we had handling units instead of unpacked product).

We solved that by going into that resource's /SCWM/RFUI menu with his RF gun and finishing or canceling the task that he was doing.

I can see from screenshot the stock available q'ty is 0. It must be linked with another open WT. Find the open WT, cancel it. Then you should be able to move it with /SCWM/ADPROD.

That's the problem. I checked in Monitor and /SCWM/ORDIM_O. There is not any open WT for this product.

I have the same problem: zero stock stuck on resource (no HU) and no open whs tasks.

Did you find by chance a resolution for this topic?
