EWM Stock Removal Mix Product Picking

Hi,
Outbound delivery match with one mix product ( same product with different batch or different product ) Full Handling Unit.

I have one product but 4 different batch on a Handling Unit (Full Pallet).
When I create warehouse task on /scwm/prdo, It creates 4 different warehouse tasks.

When I try to pick, It transfers products to destionation storage bin without HU or I can create new HU to destination bin.
Is that possible to pick HU (Full Pallet) from source storage bin to destination storage bin without any product confirmation ?

Is there any BADI or other "best practice" to make this work? Picking a mixed-HU is pretty common so I'm wondering how other customers have solved this.

Hi Nuri,

You can try to use the combined picking in RF. In your case the WT creation will try to create the WTs for delivery request item in your ODO, so this will result in 4 WTs but I assume that these WTs will be collected in one Warehouse Order.

During the Picking process you can try to combine the picking of those 4 WTs from the same storage bin, so that only one verification is required. Additionaly You could adjust the RF verification profile so that only the Source HU is verified for this movement.

This combined picking is only possible when You process these WTs in a RF environment.

Hello!

You need Z that perform 2 steps:

1. On creating picking WTs you need change destination HU = source HU and destination bin = source bin. Result: you get fully picked mix HU in source bin (WPT must be with confirm proposal).

2. After confirming our WTs you need create WT to push HU to the next POSC-step (exmp. fm /SCWM/TO_CREATE_MOVE_HU) or to the staging area.

In standard functionality you cannot confirm WT with mix HU by one step.
