EWM Stock Removal -- Full Quantity followed by FIFO

Hello:

Looking for a solution for this scenario of Stock Removal --

1. If any bin can fill the entire ODO item quantity, use that as the destination bin for the Stock Removal WT. 
2. If no such bin found, use FIFO Stock Removal strategy

So in scenario below -- if ODO item requires quantity 5 of Product abc -- the destination Bin would be Bin A (since A can fill the entire quantity requested). If the quantity was 7 it would be C followed by B (FIFO) .

A	abc	6	12/24/2024
B	abc	4	12/23/2024
C	abc	3	12/22/2024

The idea is that it is more efficient to pick from 1 bin if the entire request can be filled from there. But if that is not possible, use FIFO.
