When I do a goods receipt on a customer returns order (CBRE) the stock is received in blocked returns (R8). I'd like to be able to post the batch from R8 to Q4 and generate a 1708 IL via the option 'Create Insp (IOT 5)' in the warehouse monitor (screenshot 1). When I do this I get the following error message (screenshot 2).
Stock Q35 A07 : Blocked stock cannot be inspected
Message type E (Error)
Message class /SCWM/QINSP (Quality Inspection in WM)
Message number 124
When the batch is in blocked stock (B6) I am able to post the batch and create a 1708 inspection lot this way. What is the difference between B6 and R6?
