Hello,
I am using production PMR. I have set no qty calculation in /scwm/psastage. It means system should propose me qty as per production order. While execution schedule for production in /scwm/stage transaction, system is rightly proposing production order qty. Its fine, no issue. However when I execute same transaction again system again proposing production order qty. If I execute again then also system again proposing production order qty and this never stop. Ideally, once production proposal fulfilled, system should not allow to execute me /scwm/stage. Why does the system behave this way when I chose "set no qty calculation in /scwm/psastage"? Is there any solution whereby once I execute production staging system should not allow me to execute again?
Thanks,
Milind

Hi,
"Why system is allowing to stage order qty again and again in /stage transaction?"
Because as per your own description you have created the PSA/Bin assignments without any quantity. And that is not supposed to be this way with the advanced production integration.
"It means system should propose me qty as per production order."
No, it shouldn't. For the advanced production integration the EWM control cycle is supposed to propose the fixed quantities from this control cycle.
"While execution schedule for production in /scwm/stage transaction, system is rightly proposing production order qty."
You are sure it does? When I tried this, the system (rightfully) did not propose any quantity. Now I have not tried in a very new release, maybe the system behavior was changed, but I would not expect it.

And it is EWM.
NOT eWM - Duh!
And if your question includes the word "transfer order" - do NOT tag the question with Extended Warehouse Management!
