EWM SMQ2--Error during mapping: material XXXXXXX does not exist Message no. SR053

I have done all settings for inbound process and while testing in QAS i am getting below error.

Error during mapping: material XXXXXXX does not exist Message no. SR053...... in EWM SMQ2

All materials have been ciffed successfully and maintained WH data in /MAT1. I have checked all config looking fine.

Please see error screen shot attached and advise.

I also had the issue while creating Inbound delivery.
When i checked the log in SLG1 then the error was ' Could not determine the EWM data for: Availability Group XXXX 001 FF N'

Then maintained the customizations .
Path: SCM Extended Warehouse Management--Extended Warehouse Management--Goods Receipt Process--Configure Availability Group for Putaway

Completed all the steps.
