EWM Serial Number, Numeric Only ?

Hi All,

Is there a way use serial numbers with numbers only ?

We are managing serial numbers at Document level (A) in EWM.

The serials are captured during picking. But our Products have a Numeric serial number (Example: 123456789).

When we try to Post Goods Issue, we get an Error that the serials weren't assigned to the HU's.

There is a similar question from 5 years ago, but the way he resolved it is by using alphanumeric only (Example: 123456ABC).
