EWM: RF- T-codes

Hello, I am trying to allocated the access to the RF user. where can see T-codes that we use in RF.

For example, RF will have all the options - inbound, outbound and inventory movement.

I want to create three separate group profile so inbound person cannot do other functions than inbound and vice-versa. please list out the steps if anyone knows.

Hello Jaimin,

Try the steps below:

1. Maintain resources. (/scwm/rsrc)

2. Assign user to resources. (/scwm/user)

3. Maintain resource group. (/scwm/rgrp)

4. Maintain queues(and other customizings related to your queues) from SPRO - EWM - Cross-process settings - Resource management

5. Assign your queues to resource groups. (/scwm/qseq)

6. Assign your resources to resource group and queues. (/scwm/rsrc)

Then you should be able to restrict your RF users by certain queues and resource gruops.
