[EWM] Reverse picking from Bulk storage

Hello,

I will appreciate some help with the following scenario:

1. There is Flowrack (bulk) pallet storage in the warehouse. Partial pallets are not allowed.
2. All the materials stored in the storage are batch managed and batch mix storage is allowed. No mix is allowed on HU.
3. Warehouse requests for outbound deliveries with above control quantity are picked with reverse picking procedure, i.e. full pallet is removed from the storage and moved to Inverter station. In inverter station part of stock is removed from the pallet (additional HU is created) and the remaining quantity is assigned to the outbound delivery and moved to GI-ZONE.
4. Initial product warehouse task is generated with specific batch but without source HU (bulk).
5. Picking point is not defined due to available quantity definition on bin level (error message /SCWM/LT371 in storage type customizing)

Problem:

• The layout-oriented storage control works only with HU WT. But the first in the context of the outbound delivery order generated WT is a product WT without source HU.
• During product WT processing is necessary to move the pallet from the storage to the resource and then to confirm putaway in Inverter storage type. The original HU is split in the inverter station into 2 HU's.
• Product WT can't be confirmed because WT quantity is less than full pallet quantity. Generation of subsequent HU WT task is not influencing on product WT that remains open.
• Original product WT can't be updated with the new source storage type (Inverter).
• Current solution is to recreate product WT with the scanned HU and to define it as source HU. This causing to delivery update processes running as update/background task.

I will appreciate any advice on this issue.

Did you try with the POSC/Internal Step which has mentioned inside below OSS? If not try yet, Could you please do configure as per OSS and let us know if you face any issues.
