EWM QM - Integration tables list

Hi all,

We are using the latest S4 HANA version and following EWM QM process. So whenever the inspection lot is triggered and the usage decision is made against the handling units. But if we want to display the value in the report and we are not able to fetch those values from any of the table.

Also, we are able to see structure name only with the help options. Could you all please support to get the list of SAP transparent tables with the data of having both inspection lot & handling unit details.
