EWM PRDI - adjust quantity

Hi,

Perhaps someone here might know an easy way to resolve the following problem.

by booking in an part at PRDI in first place there was given a zero delivery, but afterwards the part still arrived and now want to undo the zero delivery and change the quantity, but it states it’s already confirmed and therefor not able to adjust.

Tried several things, but i’d know there should be an easy way, someone can help me out?

Hi Renaldo Winia,

If I understood correctly, you want to delete Process Code from Inbound Delivery so that you can change status and quantity. Did you try to delete Process Code (Please check tab for that) in Inbound Delivery ?

Question: Are you using any interface to make the quantity to Zero in Delivery ? Or Are you doing Manually Zero in PRDI ?
