EWM PP -Issue when posting consumption

I am trying to set up an EWM -PP process.

I have done below steps :

1)Create production order

2)PMR created after material staging.

3)Staging performed and component HU moved to PSA bin.

4) WT created in step 3 confirmed .

Now, when I try to post consumption via RF , I am getting below error message

E: Stock type is invalid (/SCWM/RF_EN254)

I have tried with stock type F2(Unrest. Use Warehouse) and P2(Unrestricted-Use Production)

Hi All,

After successful consumption of component, I am trying to process GR for FG material.

When executing EGR for my order , below error is received

Creation of EGR documents for local EWM warehouse XXX not possible

Ok I got to understand that in Embedded EWM , there is no need for EGR .

So, I am proceeding ahead with posting of GR against order in ECC and then processing delivery in EWM .

Will come back if any issue is found.

Stock type of PMR is "F2".stock-type-pmr.png

Hi Vineet,

Did you maintain Good Movement Control in Storage Type ? ( Stock Bin should be F2 , not P2 )

Please check in Storage Type.

Availibility group is "003-Stock in production" is maintained in production supply storage type T100.

I changed the availibility group to 002 and consumption worked.

I will continue with next step.

STock type is "P2" in bin after confirmation.

What is PMA?

consumption-wt.pngStock type is displayed as "F2" in the WT which got confirmed after staging.

Stock is present in "T100-PSA-001-1" bin in T100 storage type.

Consumption will happen from here. Refer to the attached screenshot of WT.

Hi,

what it shows in the WT is not really very interesting. You need to check the stock type the product has after the confirmation in the bin, and what stock type is required for the PMA.

What stock type is the stock in the bin where you want to post the GI? And what stock type do you require for the PMA (should say it on item level)?
