Hello Experts,
We would like to use ARM for handling returns and facing a stock posting issue on the EWM side. These are the steps followed.
1. Created Advanced returns order on S/4 HANA system.
2. Advanced Return delivery is created automatically and distributed to EWM(Embedded system).
3. Goods Receipt is completed and it created Quality inspection document.
4. Executed MSR_INSPWH, entered the inspection results (OK) and selected logistical follow up activity as "Transfer to Specified Stock".
5. It created a delivery(HTP type) for posting change and on HANA side, Goods issue date is updated but goods movement status is still A.
6. on EWM side, posting change is blocked with below errors. May I know what configurations might be missing on EWM side.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi,
for ARM you need the reference document types Q1, Q2 and Q6. For the Inbound delivery the Q1 type is relevant and will write the number of the inspection into the quant. When you do the inspection with MSR_INSPWH ERP will transfer the GUID of the inspection to EWM. To consume it you need to activate Q2 or Q6, dont remember which one it was. With that the HTP Delivery will find the quant.

Hi Rajesh,
to solve this you need to configure picking strategy for the WPT for the respective posting change document.

Did you check the stock type in EWM side? HTP delivery is expecting to transfer returned (default is blocked stock) to unrestricted-use stock based on inspection results. Check you inbound staging configurations.
