EWM Posting as Own stock for consignment articles, but correctly in ERP

Dear Experts,

I am facing an issue while posting the STO returned to DC in EWM.
Scenario:
We are processing a return delivery STO from Store to EWM managed DC.
Whereas for the consignment articles the returns are posting as own stock in EWM, but the ERP postings are correctly posted as 161k and 671k movement.

Note: Using Retail consignment process

Something strange I could not figure it out, how come system is posting as OWN in EWM and passing the GR confirmation to ERP with K indicator.

Anything I am missing in EWM, also I noticed the stock usage C is not picking for this Return STO's consignment articles, though warehouse attributes are mapped with consignment indicator.

Any quick suggestion will be helpful, as this is creating dual ownership for same article.
