Hi All,
I am working on S4HANA 1809 embedded EWM project and I have below requirement from customer, client help to build the same.
In the outbound scenario, after picking and packing (loading optional, not mandatory), that is when the packing status is Completed, system should post the goods issue automatically/Immediately for each delivery.
I have done the below settings below settings but no luck for me, Kindly suggest what I am missing or how to get it worked.
I elaborated in detail, to explain what settings I have done, kindly suggest the correct method.
1.I have defined the condition technique in EWM configuration>Cross Process settings and defined new condition type for AUTO PGI, then assigned and registered to condition maintenance group.

2. In the SPPFCADM, for warehouse request /SCDL/DELIVERY, action profile /SCWM/PDO_01(This profile assigned to my document type), we have action definition /SCWM/PDO_01_POST_GI

Processing type I assigned the below method /SCWM/AUT_GI_POST

3.Then Condition configuration in SPPFCADM, defined the below settings.
Everywhere I selected to post the goods issue automatically and 4th tab I selected to start condition based on condition technique, which is defined in step 1.

4. Then in the transaction /SCWM/DLVPPFC - Maintain Condition Records for PPF Schedule Conditions, I maintained the conditions. In this scenario I maintain the record to post the goods issue after picking is completed.
Here NSFI is when picking status changes from Not started > Completed, and Goods movement current status is 1(not started).
Note: Here I have tried with different combinations like Picking status complete, Packing status Complete, Loading status not relevant, but no luck with different combinations.
Kindly advise how to get the PGI done immediately
Note: we dont want batch job, we know that process.
Many thanks in anticipation.
Regards,
Hari.
Request clarification before answering.
If you are not in the Production Consumption scenario, then do not use the method /SCWM/AUT_GI_POSTING and scheduling condition /SCWM/AUT_GI_POSTING because they are checking whether is it production consumption or not.
To post GI for outbound delivery automatically for example for scrapping to vendor you need to use the scheduling condition /SCWM/GI_POSTING. This one checks by itself whether: GI not done, Picking is done, Packing is done, Loading if relevant is done and if shipping readiness is relevant (Status DSH) it is also done. So basically you do not need to check these statuses via condition table as it is done by the condition routine.
So if you do not have Loading and Shipping in your scenario, deactivate this statuses in the status profile for you delivery.
Then use Method /SCWM/GM_POSTING to trigger GI posting.
Making it done I was able to post GI automatically.
Hope it helps.

Were you able to find a solution for your problem?
I have a similar requirement, but can not manage to PGI automatically.
Thanks in advance for your reply,

Please check the log for determination the Action Profile first, then Processing the action Profile.
Note: I took the screen shot from HOW to Guide PPF in EWM which is available in SAP WIKI.

Is it deactivated ? Please check in below Tcode for deactivation and also check Config related Delivery Type to Action Profile ....etc. etc.
/SCWM/DLVPPFLOG - Deactivate PPF Log Depending on Warehouse and User
Note: Please check "Condition" Message Class if you found log and also do check the config according to Message Class. See screen shot for an example.

Kind Regards,
Ajit
