I have the following initial situation:
The product should only be available in a defined quantity in the small parts warehouse.
I have maintained the product accordingly, for the planned replenishment. (SCWM/MAT1)
However, if I select the line and want to create the warehouse task, none is created because the system correctly recognises that the MAIN-HU (pallet) may not be stored in the small parts warehouse (container warehouse). A picture for simplification:
If I now call up the transaction (scwm/repl) and select the ‘planned replenishment’, I find the desired entry:
However, if I select the line and want to create the warehouse task, none is created because the system correctly recognises that the MAIN-HU (pallet) may not be stored in the small parts warehouse (container warehouse):
Layout-orientated warehouse control is provided, which also works with the manual creation of a warehouse task, but not with (SCWM/REPL):
If you debug the planned replenishment, you can see that it does not jump to the layout-orientated storage control... But I want this to be taken into account, has anyone here had any experience?
PS: This works perfectly when replenishing crate parts in production
Thanks in advance - Best regards
Bjorn

Hi @Hansdadad ,
Addition to above, create a WPT , with control pick HU control as space or 3, I guess that why the error flashing.
Alternative Process would be POSC.

Hi @Hansdadad ,
"But I want this to be taken into account, has anyone here had any experience?" - Yes I had experienced this both normal RF picking and with ASRS. I trust pick point is activated at ST-Y500, I am sure LOSC would trigger while confirm task in RF and move to pick point. Again you would control things below Whole parameter (Partial Removal ) then Pick point, process define would be like that. Full pallet Picking - Skip LOSC...
"A picture for simplification:" -> Pick Point is the solution...example return once picking done for partial quantity.
"However, if I select the line and want to create the warehouse task, none is created because the system correctly recognises that the MAIN-HU (pallet) may not be stored in the small parts warehouse (container warehouse)." -> I saw that you kept the HU Type Validation, try to skip for a moment...check the process please. I would suggest create WT then check via RF and let us know if any questions.
Also create Pick point Work center....assign bin...
Kind Regards,
Ajit

Hello @Ajit_Routray , this would lead to the same problem. Because Hansdada mentioned "However, if I select the line and want to create the warehouse task, none is created because the system correctly recognises that the MAIN-HU (pallet) may not be stored in the small parts warehouse (container warehouse):"
If you propose source HU as destination HU system would block the pallet because its not allowed in small parts area.
Hi @mario9075
"If you propose source HU as destination HU system would block the pallet because its not allowed in small parts area." -Exactly I wrote this about to create WPT in another answer. please see the screen shot. I guess you missed that.

Hi @Hansdadad,
Did you set up "HU is mandatory in Storage Type K320 " ? If not please make HU is mandatory in storage type since you would like to check HU Type.
Kind Regards,
Ajit
Hi @Hansdadad , I checked in my sandbox-this is the best practice WH 1710...
Alternative:- Please switch on your HU Type Check , May be you can change level of available Qty as 1 (Storage bin) in your Storage Type Y500 . Then System would not stop because it would not select the HU at the time of WT creation and Replenish WT/O created with no HU in WT. User/Picker/Replenisher has to enter/scan HU at the time of remove HU from Storage Type Y500.
Kind regards,
Ajit
