Hi,

We are using planned replenishment at storage type level and maintain the replenishment parameters at storage type view of product master. For a product not batch managed the replenishment works fine however for product batch managed it only works if no WT are open.

Thanks,

From my point of view system should work almost same way as for batch neutral products. Maybe it is a quantity issue? I mean maybe you have active consideration of the open putaway tasks and total quantity is above minimum? Could you maybe add some more information? e.g. Screenshots of the process. as for me, I would debug FM /SCWM/REPLENISHMENT_CALC and especially form routine get_stock in such case.

Some OSS notes related to AFS Component are available e.g. 2482254 - EWM AFS Replenishment Max and Min quantities ignored.

During replenishment (/SCWM/REPL) on storage type level (Without product) ,not able read dynamic bin details of product and batch(/EWMIAFS/MDPRBTCH).

Hello llatch ,

For Batch Managed products system will always pick the near expiry products for Replenishment and if any task for this location/stock is open. System should not create the Replenishment task. This is fine and its the standard behavior. Are you facing any practical issue because of this on the floor? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I would like to understand the reason why cannot create a replenishment WT if there are open WT while the stock is less than the minimum quantity and why this situation does not happen with non batch products.

Thanks,
