EWM PI error related to delivery via posting the difference

Hello

I am trying to Post the difference in EWM physical inventory. I am getting below error

"Cannot post goods movement; delivery 410000001676, item 10, has status "Blocked"

When I checked the EWM delivery, I found that the status is red- block with the reason negative qty not allowed for put away.

I can not do any thing to this delivery, neither reverse GR no adjust the qty. My questions are below

(1) If I am performing PI process, how come system throws an error related to earlier delivery? There is no relationship between delivery and PI.

(2) When I check the stock overview, I found one of the field named DOCUMENT is updated with delivery number and as the delivery is bock status it is creating problem while posting the difference in PI.

Please let me know how can I post the PI difference by removing delivery related error?

or at least let me know How can I get read of blocked delivery? The reason of block delivery is -ve qty difference and there is no way to correct the difference.
