Hi Experts!
I am currently doing some investigation regarding the EWM processes in S4 Hana to decide weather it can solve some issues on my client. My question is:
Is it fully functional the physical inventory process when using nested HUs? In regular WM we cannot count nested HUs with difference or even Zero because system only knows the main HU and not the the ones packed inside (so we end up using the HU inventory process without checking at Bin level). I am wondering if in EWM this limitation is solved and nested HUs can be correctly counted with differences.
I will very much appreciate any insights of anyone that has ever worked with this kind of process. Thanks in advance!
Cheers

Hello Sergio,
you can count as many levels as you want, that is not a problem in EWM. All the functions available at counting of pallet supposed to be available for nested boxes, e.g. complete hu without piece counting, set empty etc.
