Dear expert
I have a question about outbound delivery, when I PGI the document, the outbound delivery's Transit Status didn't update from In Yard to Out of Yard。 in these document, we didn't use TU function, So we didn't do leave yard, the system should be auto general Transit Status as Out of Yard。 who can give me suggestion?
Request clarification before answering.
Dear Jiong Zhang,
If an outbound delivery (OD) is not assigned to some Transportation Unit (TU), its DOY can be set to 'Out of Yard' with the transaction /SCWM/FD via "Leave Yard" -> "Set Status".
If DOY must be set for many outbound deliveries, it could be very time consuming to do it with /SCWM/FD. In such case report /SCWM/POST_PROC_DLV_SET_DOY cold be used to resolve this issue in mass (faster than using /SCWM/FD transaction).
Best regards,
Eszter

Hi,
that sounds as if for some of your documents you use a TU, for others you don't? So how do you distinguish this? What is the difference in the documents?
Because the "correct" answer would be: the documents where you don't use a TU, should not have a status for transit resp. it should not be relevant. But of course that only works if there is some way to use different document types (because this is where you control the status profile).
